With more than a decade of CrossFit under my belt, I’ve grown from an everyday athlete into someone deeply rooted in the CrossFit community. I’ve staffed several CrossFit events, supporting athletes and organizers behind the scenes, and I’ve also jumped into competitions myself just for the fun and excitement. For me, CrossFit is more than a workout—it’s a lifestyle built on effort, passion, and community.

Hi! I’m Justina — a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, full-time chef, and former nutritionist. I’m originally from Lithuania, but I live in Miami now and have trained CrossFit in gyms all over the world. I coach a few hours a week because I genuinely love the community, the energy, and helping people move better. I have a Bachelor’s in Dietetics and an Associate’s Degree in Sports Nutrition from the Netherlands, so nutrition and performance have always been a big part of my life. Between my background in nutrition and my everyday job as a chef, I’m all about helping people fuel well, train hard, and enjoy the process. See you in class!

I am a veteran CrossFit Strength and Conditioning Coach with 18 years of hands-on experience and more than 20,000 hours spent developing athletes of all levels. Known for my technical precision, clear communication, and high-energy leadership, I bring a comprehensive expertise built on formal certifications and elite athletic experience. I hold CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, along with specialized credentials in USAW Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Strongman, and Kettlebell training. My diverse background allows me to train athletes across a wide spectrum of disciplines—from advanced barbell mechanics and explosive power to bodybuilding mastery and functional strength. My athletic foundation runs deep. I played club soccer for 10 years and went on to compete in collegiate football and track, experiences that shaped my understanding of performance, discipline, teamwork, and mental resilience. Today, I draw on that athletic history to inspire athletes, refine movement, and elevate performance in every environment I coach. As a head coach, I’ve built and nurtured a thriving, supportive community—one defined by accountability, camaraderie, and personal growth. My ability to connect with people, develop meaningful relationships, and foster an environment where athletes feel seen, supported, and challenged is what truly sets me apart.
