As the first HYROX affiliate in the state of Florida, we’ve brought this unique methodology directly into our gym with our HYROX Training Club. This program is fully integrated into our weekly schedule, offering classes at 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
