I am a veteran CrossFit Strength and Conditioning Coach with 18 years of hands-on experience and more than 20,000 hours spent developing athletes of all levels. Known for my technical precision, clear communication, and high-energy leadership, I bring a comprehensive expertise built on formal certifications and elite athletic experience. I hold CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, along with specialized credentials in USAW Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Strongman, and Kettlebell training. My diverse background allows me to train athletes across a wide spectrum of disciplines—from advanced barbell mechanics and explosive power to bodybuilding mastery and functional strength. My athletic foundation runs deep. I played club soccer for 10 years and went on to compete in collegiate football and track, experiences that shaped my understanding of performance, discipline, teamwork, and mental resilience. Today, I draw on that athletic history to inspire athletes, refine movement, and elevate performance in every environment I coach. As a head coach, I’ve built and nurtured a thriving, supportive community—one defined by accountability, camaraderie, and personal growth.
