I’ve been immersed in sports since childhood—from years of ballet and dance to competing on my city’s volleyball team in Brazil. Movement has always been my foundation. Today, I’m a Health and Performance Specialist and Strength & Conditioning Coach. CrossFit became a key part of my life and naturally led me into coaching. I specialize in movement and mobility, helping people improve efficiency, perform better, and prevent injuries.

I found CrossFit in my early twenties, and it became the path that shaped my career. I bring high energy, positivity, and a supportive coaching style that keeps athletes motivated and improving every day. I am a veteran CrossFit Strength and Conditioning Coach with 18 years of hands-on experience and more than 20,000 hours spent developing athletes of all levels. Known for my technical precision, clear communication, and high-energy leadership, I bring a comprehensive expertise built on formal certifications and elite athletic experience. I hold CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, along with specialized credentials in USAW Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Strongman, and Kettlebell training. My diverse background allows me to train athletes across a wide spectrum of disciplines—from advanced barbell mechanics and explosive power to bodybuilding mastery and functional strength. My athletic foundation runs deep. I played club soccer for 10 years and went on to compete in collegiate football and track, experiences that shaped my understanding of performance, discipline, teamwork, and mental resilience. Today, I draw on that athletic history to inspire athletes, refine movement, and elevate performance in every environment I coach. As a head coach, I’ve built and nurtured a thriving, supportive community—one defined by accountability, camaraderie, and personal growth. My ability to connect with people, develop meaningful relationships, and foster an environment where athletes feel seen, supported, and challenged is what truly sets me apart. With nearly two decades in the industry, I’m recognized not only for my technical expertise, but for the heart, humility, and community leadership I bring to every athlete I coach.
